    The customer's brand citation report at the start of the engagement, identical methodology to the public scorecards. Net narrative control, own-domain share, complaint-site share, top sources by LLM.

    Specific actions taken from the recommended_actions roadmap, with projected lift per action. Includes HelloPeter response cadence, editorial pitches placed, schema + entity stack work, Wikipedia notability submissions where relevant.

    Measurable lift (Q+1 vs Q-1)

    The Q+1 brand citation report run under identical methodology. We publish absolute deltas (Δ net control, Δ own share) and a Bayesian credibility interval rather than a single point estimate.
